I graduated from the Aveda Institute, Charlotte, in 2020 and chose Dolce Lusso as my salon home, where I then completed a training program through Dolce Lusso. I officially became licensed in 2020.

I specialize in highlighting and fashion colors but love anything hair color related!

Alessandra Igleheart

Education and experience:
Graduated from Aveda institute Chapel Hill November 2009. Received awards including Beacon 2009, competing against cosmetology school students across the United States and she was one of the 100 students chosen. She attended NAHA (North American Hair Awards) in Las Vegas and also won makeup artist at the Aveda institute to compete for the Edwin Neil Full Potential Student Competition.

I attended the Aveda Institute Charlotte for 1 year and received 1 year in salon training through Dolce Lusso. I have been licensed cosmetologist since 2014. I continue my education to stay up-to-date with current styles.

I specialize in Color, Cuts, Extensions, Keratin treatments, & Special occasion styles.
Favorite Aveda Product: My favorite Aveda Product has to be the Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair. It adds a daily dose of protein to damaged hair while also protecting the hair from future heat damage.

Hannah Desio

I graduated from the Aveda Institute Charlotte in 2016, and then completed an Eight month training program through Dolce Lusso. I have also been apart of Dolce Lusso’s hair and makeup team for the Carolina Panthers TopCat cheerleaders for 2 seasons. My work has also been featured on Charlotte’s very own WCCB News.

Specialties: I specialize in Aveda makeup, but also enjoy Updos and styling as well as balayage!

Olivia Pope

I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Charlotte at the top of my class, and from Dolce’s protégé program. I am certified in extensions and keratin treatments. I love both color and cutting, and using both to create a look customized for each guest in my chair. I do have a special love for highlighting. Hair is a science and an art, and I truly appreciate both aspects fully. I love giving people a good experience, creating a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and taking care of each person in my chair all while using my creativity and skill.

Before I went to cosmetology school, I graduated from UNCC with a degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Russian. I am a detail oriented person, and it is my personal mission to do the best job that I can in everything that I do.
